headlight having trouble closing

I just noticed that when the head lights are closing, the movement is very rough. Its very smooth when the lights are opening, but seems to struggle when closing.

If there a place around the headlight I need to lubricate that will fix this problem.

I have the Honda WD40 spray and the white lithium grease. I didn't want to just start slopping it everywhere.

any help would be appreciated...
