Headlight adjustment?

I'm having issues trying to adjust my headlights on my '91...

I'm looking for vertical adjust, but don't have any luck on how to change it.

I had the same problem. The adjustment for the vertical is a long hole on the side of the head light housing closest to your tire. You need a long screw driver point it strait down and turn it a couple times. You got to feal your way around a little bit with the screw driver to get it in the slot. It only will adjust a little bit before it goes back to were it was. If that does not work you then need to take the cover off and losen the four 10mm bolts that hold the light on . Raise the front of the light with your hand and tighten the front two bolts. Push down on the back of the light and tighten the other two bolts. Then you can use the adjuster on the side to fine tune it.
