I just put in the HID light kit from Autolamps-online. I want to adjust the aim of the lights and after looking at the manual I have some questions.
1. Does it take a special splined tool? It appears that the splined end of the tool engages the perimiter of a toothed wheel. It does not appear that a phillips head screw driver will work.
2. The manual shows a vertical and a horizontal adjustment. Does this affect both high and low beams? Is there no separate adjustment for each one?
