I'm a new owner of a '91 w/DC headers and tubi exhaust. The previous owner had "test pipes" installed on it, but gave me the stock cats as well. I'll be pulling out the pipes to put the cats back in as well as fixing an exhaust leak somewhere down there. I was wondering what gasket you guys are using on headers, the DC site is no help at all. I was thinking that maybe the '97 gaskets might be a good choice since they were a factory header.

Thanks.

I think you can just use the standard OEM crush gaskets. That's what I have on my 91 w/ DC headers + Tubi Exhaust + OEM cats. If there is a leak, you should check out Larry Bastanza's pics on dremelling out the inside flange to allow a better fit. Alternately, you can probably use a sealant around the leak (that's what my installer did -- seems to be fine).

Thanks. I did contact Larry and he sent me some pics of what to look for, but thanks again for the heads up.
