Head Clearance for my Tater

Hi folks. Got bitten by the track bug at NSXPO and I plan to do more events next year BUT, I had to remove my stock seat pad to get my helmet to clear the targa top (2000 nsx-t, I am only 5'9). I have read about seats and seat rails until I am ready to hurl.:redface: Could someone give me the best seat and rail option for headroom? I like the Recaro Pole Positions but not sure I can get it low enough. Any help would be most appreciated.

Vader33, I was @ NSXPO and wish we would have known. I have Recaro seats and am 5-10. I have the Mugen NSX seat rails from King motorsports. Dropped the seat height about 2". They are'nt cheep but they are clean and adjustable. Let me know if you need further info. Good luck, Kip Olson

Don't forget harness bars, sub mounts and harness belt!

PM if you need any of the above, I make what I think is the strongest and cleanest harness bar on the market, plus you don't need to cut up the interior to install it.
