Since somebody asked about having $50K to invest. I thought it may be entertaining to see the creativity of investing in smaller sum. :smile:

Come up with one criminal approach and one legal.

Criminal:
Invest $500 on a kid to jack a handful of the freeway solar-panels. Use that to upgrade your property and sell above market value
