Has anyone seen "Taking Chance" with Kevin Bacon?

Judging from the Trailer, It seems pretty touching. I was wondering if anyone here has seen it and what they thought of it?

Watched it and enjoyed it. In fact, dare I say, I teared up during a lot of the movie.

Decidedly a-political, the movie does a great job of showing the honor bestowed to those who fought and died for their country, how it affects those around them, and the wastefulness of a life taken before it's time.

Watched it the other night. Great movie. I have avoided any movies based on the current world events lately but this one was worth watching. The one thing I got from taking chance was that people stuck in offices over here that have never actually been to the desert should really put up or shut up. Its a different world when you have actually been there.

I hope so. My dad is a retired Marine and I know he'd really enjoy this movie but my parents don't subscribe to HBO. Semper Fi really means something to most Marines, especially if they've been in long enough to retire.

Seen it three times.. not a "lot" of dialog, which makes it even MORE powerful. Great work, great movie..

I found it on the other night while flipping through the stations, terrible idea to start watching it at 1am, I watched the whole thing. I couldnt turn it off. So moving, simply unreal. How factual is the actual movie? Very, Very good film and a must see for anyone and everyone!

I'm at a military installation, so I don't get HBO. I had to download the movie from a torrent site. Being a Marine, it really hits home. It will make you tear up, so have the tissues handy.

Kevin Bacon portrays an excellent Marine, just like he did in A Few Good Men.

Ya know we've had 3 soldiers coffins escourted through our town since the war started and it's amazing how the entire town basically shuts down to line up along side the roads to show honor. Theres not a dry eye anywhere.
