I found the original fiberglass one on a Japanese auction. No real info. It basically just said "NSX Aero Wing Spoiler."

Looks nice, but be careful maybe very heavy if constructed wrong with too much fiberglass...............

Looks like it comes from China. I'd just get an APR wing. Similar look.
Similar look for sure. The way that this mounts up looks pretty nice - similar to the NSX-R Spoiler. I find a lot of the GT Wings look really awkward at the mounting points.
