This weekend I plan to install a GT-One V3 Ti exhaust onto My 2003 NSX.

Along with the exhaust, I will be installing SOS adapters, and Prospeed Hi flow cats. Since this is a new system, I would like to replace all the hardware.

What hardware will I require to have this all changed over? nuts, bolts, washers, springs, gaskets etc..

Thanks Prime

you should just get some generic gaskets and some nuts and bolts. Its really not much. Personally, i would keep the oem springs on the bolts for the high flow cats and just buy 6 bolts/6 nuts for the rest of the exhaust. After you look at it, it is pretty simple.

Greetings Amused_NSX,

Today, I'm installing my newly arrived Taitec exhaust purchased from A.S. Motorsport. You don't need any special hardware except lots of ibuprofen because the install won't be your problem. It's the removal of the old exhaust which will consume most of your time and will be responsible for all of your back pain and headache. It took me almost four hours to remove the old exhaust.

Liquid wrench or WD-40 is a must along with impact hammer to loosen up the rust. All the nuts and bolts are stuck frozen on the cats and pipes. A really tough socket set with a long handle is handy because you will need a lot of torque to remove these rusty nuts/bolts. This is one project that I wish I have a hydraulic lift. Lying on your back with a only a foot or two of clearance provides little leverage to work.

Good luck with the install.
