I've been experiencing occassional bouts of hard starting problems. It only happens intermitently and not all the time. But when it does happen, the engine cranks like normal but does not start. It's as if there is no gas but i checked the fuel feed, it was okay. What could the problem be? Has anyone experienced this in the past?
Thanks for your help in advance.

Strap out your fuel pump resistor to see if it's flaky. That will bypass the low pressure feature of the pump and keep it at full pressure.
Good luck and Happy Motoring!

I've been experiencing this problem from time to time.. At times it fires right up and other times it just cranks..

Main relay gets my vote.

i vote main relay aswell.. i pulled mine off and inspected the solder areas sure enough you can see tiny cracks around it.. hit a few with the soldering gun and so far it cranks right up normally have yet to experience the tough starts..had similar problems with my 92 civic si hatch turned out to be the same problem.. ordered a new relay to replace it with but will keep this one with the car incase..
