Important Information about Harborside Resort at Atlantis:
§ Check-in begins at 4 p.m.
§ Checkout is no later than 10 a.m.
§ Passports are required to board your flight for the Bahamas.
§ Please be aware that future phases are still under construction at Harborside Resort at Atlantis. Although the staff will do everything to keep disruptions to a minimum, there will be times when noise, dust and construction activities are evident. We anticipate construction to be complete in late 2005.
§ All adults in your party should be prepared to present valid identification when checking in at the resort.
§ Sorry no pets or oversized vehicles are allowed on property.
§ All special requests (e.g. high chairs, cribs, rollaways, etc.), must be made at least 24 hours prior to check-in at the resort.
§ Please note that Harborside Resort at Atlantis offers a midweek tidy service on eligible stays. For additional options on housekeeping services, please contact Owner Services.
§ Please contact Owner Services to book airport transfers to Harborside Resort at Atlantis.
§ If you plan to purchase the Atlantis Meal Plans, reservations should be made at least 90 days prior to arrival to ensure availability for seating and dining times at your preferred restaurants. Go to mystarcentral.com to learn more about meal plans.
