I don't know how anyone drives and talks on the phone without a hands free kit for their phone. (Unless you have an automatic) I recently got a new phone with blue-tooth technology. It actually has a wireless earpiece and mic. You can be up to 50 feet away from the phone with the wireless earpiece, and still use every feature on the phone that is voice activated. A very handy addition, since I talk/drive so much. As for a handsfree kit for the NSX Phone, i've never heard of one being available, although I could be mistaken.

The factory NSX cell phone has a hands-free kit available - I have it in mine. It let's you dial the first ten speed dials or last number, (by position) and has a mike and buttons right behind the gear shift.
It's cool because it uses the center speaker and mutes the radio.

(Unfortunately, mine is apparently echoing...)
