"H" wheel center inserts for 1998 NSX

I am looking to replace the "Acura" center wheel inserts with "H" for Honda ones on the standard 1998 NSX wheels. Anybody know where to get them? They look about the same size (2 3/4") as the ones on my 1997 Honda Prelude!?
