Hello all, DJ from GT-Rom here.
First off, thanks again for the warm welcome from the community. We've been busy and translating many of the comments has helped us here in Japan realize how ALIVE the NSX community overseas really is. I have had phone calls from Norway and Brunei and Florida with people wanting our products. It's nice to feel wanted...:smile: And thanks for all the orders, they'll get there and when they do send me pics, I'm working on a page just for you guys!

Anyways, this is to debut our new Carbon rear hatch. Top quality accross the board. Still getting a list from Mr. Tamura as to all the companies that use this type of carbon. Made in Japan and good enough for Boeing and JGTC style.

How much will it cost in u.s. money and how much is the shipping???? will it come with the frame or not??? oh... and are they already made and ready to ship??? or do you have to wait a couple of days,weeks or months til they are made????does the shipping include insurance or is that separate????

Nice, and I'm assuming rear visibility is not an option aside from the side mirrors? I would think this is illegal in the US but who knows.

Hey all, not sure about the legality for other countries, but in Japan, you need a back camera and monitor inside and you are fine. As for Yen conversions please check with your financial institutions for the best rates. Shipping cost includes insurance but I recommend you check it before you sign! We have sold nearly 20 in Japan to people on the circuit. This is our first offering to the public and we have a couple in stock as of this response. We will have 5 more by the end of the month. About 1 a week. Door to port AIR. We can offer this price because they've sold fairly well here in Japan.

that'd be so sick to have this hatch and install the CF duct hatch on top... so its a functional vented hatch... and hide a massive intercooler under there.... :wink:

I'm looking for the Mugen style Rear Window Garnish with Carbon Hatch and Snorkel (NSX-R GT). Do you have any think like it?

Hello Vance, how are your Fujitsubo's holding up? PM me for some info.

As for the hatch, comes just as you see, pretty much a swap out of your old heavy glass one. Use the nuts, bolts and hinges from it and you are done. The "skeleton" is FRP, full carbon shell, best stuff made in Japan, Boeing uses this brand of carbon fiber, not that made in _________ stuff. The duct can be added but I'd have to check on the price. It has been done on a couple but those guys only bought the hatch from us, and did their own custom job based on their engine layout. Most were NA. I haven't seen but I've heard a couple turbos were running around. Most guys here have been using these on the circuit here in Japan and Top End hates that.:biggrin:

One left before we are out and then you have to wait a couple weeks for the next batch. Getting warm here in Japan...can't wait for the spring and I'm still looking for an Acura NSX, automatic, Targa...wifey just realized the NSX is not as uncomfortable with a properly setup suspension...
