Looks like a modified OEM 02+ skirt.BTW, it says on the website that the light will fit without modification to the frame. I am assuming it's the inner part of the hole for the light assembly where you have to bang out or cut out in order to fit the 02 light. The light is modeled after the lights on the JGTC cars.
