i plan on using the autotrain to bring my nsx home. the say all cars must have 4 inches ground clearance. does anyone know what the clearance is. i don't see it on the specs page.

shipping companies wants to know the lowest point on a car.. i measured mine and it was about 3 inches from the floor.. i'm lowered with eibach and one of the problem for unclosed carrier is that the NSX is a very long car and it'll bottom in the middle when going up the ramp..
but a stock NSX should have at leat 4 inch of clearance..

Stock is supposed to be right at 4.5"
it's a 100% stock car so i guess i'll keep the gas tank only 1/4 full
I believe most places will only allow you to have your tank 1/4 full. S

mine is slammed pretty low and the carrier brought it anyway. it really just comes down to this: $$$
well some carriers are equiped and prepared for low low cars and such. While the general carrier just wants the basic small neon and up.
The carrier SOS is using for NSXPO this year is cool. They can carry ultra low cars.
