A bunch of us came out early for NSXPO to do a little sightseeing. We all managed to fly out before the storm hit so hopefully those left behind are beginning to dry out.

We got lucky not only with the flights but also with the weather when we landed. It was one of those too few days out here when you can actually see Mt. Rainier. Here are a few shots:

Bob are you walking around Seatle with your I phone and wifi uploading as you go:biggrin: BTw I'm spooked by the omnipotant spectre of the Don hovering over the city,,drinking a smoothy:wink:

Ain't technology great.

And don't worry about The Don. It was a blue smoothie so he no longer has the omnipotence problem.

Thanks so much for sharing beautiful pictures. Have a safe trip and lots of fun.

Does anyone know Why I can't see the photos? I see photos in other places on the Forum but not Bob's. I noticed this happens every now and then, anyone know why? Is it the NSX Prime server? Did Bob alerady delete them? What gives?

Thanks,

Tytus

Maybe a firewall issue... I see the photos fine and they are beautiful, as usual.

Hey Bus Driver Pull Over
Rainier is way more beautiful when you are standing on the summit looking back at Seattle. But you are lucky to have had that view. When you get to Rainier hike up about an hour or less turn around and if it's clear you should have a fantastic view of Mt.Hood and whats left of Mt.St. Helens
See you Thursday. Lousy pics as usual
Say hi to the passengers and tell them not to lean when going around the hairpin turns on the way up the road to Rainier.

Keep posting but next time don't do it while driving I heard you were making Peter nervous

Well, I can back to the computer half a day later and I didn't do anything and now I can see the photos. Bob they are great! I'll talk to my IT guy about the firewall, but usually I get some snide remark and shrugged shoulders.

Have fun guys, wish I could be there as the weather is definitely great this time of the year.

Keep sending those pics Bob, so we can vicariously enjoy your trip.

Regards,

Tytus

On the way down from Seattle to Mount Rainier we stopped off to check out the "Chihuly Bridge" in Tacoma. This is a pedestrian bridge from the garage to the Tacoma Museum of Glass where there is a wall of Chihuly pieces and a covered walkway where the ceiling is filled with more Chihuly glass. Here are a few shots.

I love Chihuly. I went to an exhibit in SF over the summer and everytime I see his work in person I'm mesmerized.
