I am thinking about buying a green 1995 NSX in the next weeks or so. I know the color is fairly rare. Has anyone ever seen a Brookland Green NSX? If so, how does the car look in that color? The car is about 2500 miles away from me so I can't make a personal visit. A good friend of mine that lives in the area test drove the car for me and said it was in great condition.

It's a rare color, and usually has the tan interior, it's your car, if you like the color, and the price and condition are appropriate, go for it. Me, I like yellow. I've seen the car in Brooklands Green, it's attractive, just not me...

Brooklands green is a very attractive color. It befits a NSX. As aforementioned, such things are personal preferences.

A cool thing about Brooklands green NSX'es is that CF, gunmetal, titanium, black-pearl/hyper-chrome, etc' type of accessories/mods' look great on them!

Check-out the gallery section of www.nsxcb.co.uk, a few examples of very nice 'green' NSX'es ("Charlotte" green was the name of the color in the UK).

Goodluck!

I've seen and driven a few Brooklands Green NSXs when I was shopping for a NSX. It's a nice color, but it's my least favorite color on the NSX.

I love my Brooklands Green NSX. It's a really hard color to pin down and will look different depending on lighting conditions.

Bunch of recent pictures here.

I like the Brooklands Green, but I prefer my previous black and current red. If you like it, get it. They look great in any color.

I think Brooklands Green is perhaps my favorite NSX color, or at least tied with Berlina Black.

Thanks for the sites with the extra pics. It really helped me. In most of the pictures the car looks black. I saw a yellow NSX on a U Haul trailer two days ago for the first time. Soooooooooo much better looking than any picture could capture. I could'nt stop looking at it. The green doesn't have as much" flash" but that's OK. My last 3 cars were red so I am looking for something a different. Black, Green or Silver/Gray.

B-Green is rare. It was my second choice when I missed out on a Red NSX. Comments I get about color are always gratifying. Particularly, the ladies notice the "classy" look of the car - that the green/tan color scheme adds a luxury feel to the sports car image.

My personal opinion is that the color grows on you, so if you sort of like it now, you'll like it more once you own it. Particularly in the early evening light. The color just reflects lighting in unique ways compared to a standard black, white or red car finish.

I would recommend a slight green tinting on the windows if it does not already have tinting. In the evening, the car has a reptilian appearance.

Go for it!

I owned a Red 92 nsx and when i bought my 96 it was down to a green and a white. The main issue is the flash, since i was coming from a red i didn't miss it. I ended up with the white and have been happy with it but also think I would have been happy with a green.

Just depends if you are one of those guys who thinks an NSX should be a "sports car" color or not.

I would have to agree with you, I do love the yellow and the Long Beach Blue. Just something about the way those shine in the sun light.

Just picked up my Brookland Green NSX. Had a Red one before, and
was looking for another Red one. The correct car came along,
however it was green (wanted Red or Black) and bought it
It's one of those colors that you can not capture in photos. You have to see it in person. Turns out I like the Brookland Green more then the Red or Black.
Excellent choice.

It's a dark green. As others have noted, it changes color depending on the lighting. If it's not in bright sunlight, it's often easy to mistake for black.

I've heard that since it is not the most desirable color on the NSX, that you might be able to bargain more for it. Not sure whether its true or not.

It's not easy being "Green".

This is all very true.
I have only ever seen one in the flesh and I loved it.
I have a black but I think the green would be my first choice.
However, it's all about you dog!

My first NSX was a '94 B-green coupe and I loved it! I called it "Midnight Green." This color was only available on the 94 and 95 models. I lost the car because a jerk driving 65 mph rear-ended me on the I-5 just south of Los Angeles while I was dead-stopped in traffic. He didn't even try to stop. I walked away from that with a slightly stiff neck but it never developed into whiplash. I think that says a bundle about the safety of the NSX construction. The car could have been repaired but it would have cost more than it was worth so the insurance company cashed me out. Pleases note it was my insurance company - not the other driver's company - that paid. The other driver had all of $5000 of insurance to cover property damage. I now drive a '99 Blue NSX-T and it's very pretty - but I still miss my Midnight Green. If I were in your shoes, I go for the Green, no questions asked.
