"Green bolts" - Oil pan ans spool valves

I just pulled my oil pan and rear spool valve.
Noticed that the bolts - pan bolts, aluminum brace arm bolts and all of the spool valve bolts (5 or 6) did not have the green
Dacro coating on them (well - not like the other bolts I have removed)
There may be a green tint to some of these bolts - but not like bolts I have pulled with the obvious green blobs on them.
The spool valve bolts came out with a white corrosion on the threads and took a bit of a pull to get them out.
Is there something not right here - or is the tint of green acceptable.
(I don't suspect other work has been done on this car in this area)
...
Sorry - a bit anal - just trying to put things back like they should.
..
TIA as always - Albert

The oil pan and the spool valves do not have Darco bolts, IIRC. The aluminum brace, aka "Lower Beam" I recall does have Darco Bolts.

Yep. I replaced all spool bolts during my HG rebuild and they came new in the bag from Honda uncoated.

Thanks guys - you must be getting tired of replying to my newbie questions - I will try to add a bit from my experience.
..
Just as a bit of help to others that may read this ...
My car is a 94. Am having some slight oil smell after I drive it - my wife even commented.
I have never saw oil on the ground below my car.
I have a bit of oil under my motor now and am working up from the bottom.
My stock exhaust is off so I thought I would replace my pan gasket - looks to have some oil in that area.
Above that I noticed oil in the spool valve area, off it came.
The gaskets from both of these areas were hard - my pan gasket came of in many cracking pieces.
My point is is you have a car of this vintage - it seems like leaks in these areas are not if - but when they will start.
If you have a chance to get to these at a convenient time maybe it is better to do so than to have them spoil other plans like a nice drive.
...
I hope I can help someone some day like you guy help me out.

Al
