Does anyone living in Nevada City or Grass Valley, CA have an NSX? I know that there are lots in Sac and some scattered through other foothill towns, but in 35 years, I don't think I've ever seen one here. Anyone?

As I recall, ONEADAM12 (Dave) is in Auburn. That is pretty close to Grass Valley. There is an NSX owner in the Tahoe area also (forgot who that was).

I think 1GrokNSX is close to you... he drives a Brooklands Green... Haven't heard from him in a while though...
I'll be driving my NSX from SF-RENO on Friday (tomorrow) and then coming back to SF on sunday... so keep your eyes peeled for me on the 80 :biggrin:
I travel I80 several times a week. Beware that there is a lot of very ugly road construction and traffic between Colfax and NV. And lots of rock debris on the road. Lot's of trucks kicking up those rocks too. If traffic is crawling along, a good alternative once you get to Cisco is the old highway 40. Get off at the Cisco exit and cross over the freeway. 40 parallels 80 a good distance and ends up in Truckee after having gone down the beautiful Donner Pass. Not as much crap on the road either! Hahaha, I should have read this before I left! That one lane part on the 80 sucked (well it was 2 lanes, but they were separated like it was only 1). I had a bunch of blue painter's tape on my front end... so I hope it was fine. Car made it magnificently and got a flat in Reno =[

Yep, still alive and kicking. I'm in Susanville....quite a distance from Grass Valley or Nevada City (2.5 hours?).
Anyway, still have my NSX, but may be selling it soon if the Governor continues to make state workers balance the budget on our backs.
Who would have thought that there would be an NSX in Susanville and not Grass Valley or Nevada City! Well, looks like I'm the first and only! :biggrin:
Oh, and I hope that anyone travelling that section of I80 heeds the warnings, particularly during Hot August Night weekends.
