I'm in shock @ the rear fitment:

Hi angus. :D

The car does look pretty gangsta, I must admit. . however, I believe the rear fitment to be almost impossible on a stock bodied NSX.

Though the tires are CRAZY stretched. . the offset extends 41mm MORE :eek::eek: than this picture below of my 19x9.5 +29

If I were to guess, I would say that the actual fitment is probably a 19x10.5 or maybe 11 with a +30 or max of +25 (probably a 275 or 285/30/19 - as we all know, I have maxxed out the offset/width (I tried 19x10 +24), and that is all I could see working.

Car looks killer (except the "custom" white painted horns)

its championship white lol. custom paint. original color was silver.

oh and its a rebarelled works vsxx

if you see the owners other car(s), you will know that he makes aggressive fitment work. stay tuned for the upcoming issue of honda tuning..you will see what i mean.

the owner is user 1320 on nsxprime

Car looks like the one that belongs to that guy in the "Risky Devils" jdm/drift crew. Chicago-based?

Salvage title, well now it makes sense! Rear end is so banged up that those 11.5's fit haha.

28K for a salvage title is a negative in my book, doesnt matter what the car is. Unless the work was done by a reputable shop, certified to be straight, only used oem parts, and have documentation/pics to prove it, a salvage title is worth no more than half of book value in my opinion.

Better to part out and sell the salvage shell to someone looking to build a racecar that will hack it to pieces anyway.

I would buy those wheels if they fit on an unsalvage title rear end

Stand in line buddy... i've got dibs on those wheels!

I've always wanted to have massively oversized wheels on my performance built NSX!

The rear fits because of the amount of negative camber he used to tuck in the wheel. It looks good but I bet it drives like crap (oversteer due to less contact patch).

What do you mean by "the amount of negative camber he used?" There is only so much negative camber we can induce on the NSX. As far as I know, there isn't any kits available that will exceed the natural (max) negative camber one gets once slamming the NSX. The photographer posted 19x12 +20 rear, which almost doesn't make any sense regardless of the tire size. I would love to be proven wrong though.

There is NO amount of camber that will allow a fitment like that on a stock bodied NSX. Take a look at the picture I posted above and imagine a 41mm Spacer added.

The Craigslist Classified states that the wheels are 19x11.5, so I took the liberty of looking up the fitments for the Work VS-XX. Here they are:
http://www.workwheelsusa.com/media/wheels/26/75/VSXX_PDF.pdf

The closest fitment to a 19x12 +20 available is a 19x12 +23 which has almost a 5" lip (this car doesn't have a 5" lip from what I can tell).

For the 19x11.5" sizes, the most doable offset is the +42 which has ~3.8" lip. I would put my bets that these wheels are that size: 19x11.5" +42
That size only puts the wheel 12mm outside of the one I posted above, which is still pushing it, but probably doable with the right tire, camber, and fender rolling work.

oh my... i was thinking about getting a NSX again until i saw it was salvaged ='/ beautiful car still

Excellent work inspector! I could agree with that. The 11.5 +42 puts the outer edge of the rim exactly the same as my 10.5 +29 TE's - you might even be able to do a 305/25/19!!!

I'm on it..
