i have a job offer from a company in woburn, ma. if i take it, i need to find an apartment and move there by the end of january.
my question:
is it possible to find a tiny no frills studio apartment either in woburn or by logan airport for under $700? are these safe areas?
what is the boston nsx community like as far as size and activity?

Unfortunately, the renting costs in Boston have skyrocketed past 5 years. It would be quite difficult to find anything under $700 around Boston unless you have a roommate. Woburn is a nice area, and I believe that Nimbus (in this forum) lives in Winchester which is very close to Woburn.
I would avoid living near East and South Boston (some areas near the Airport is not that safe).
