Good track day for first timers.

The Las Vegas Porsche Club, www.lvrpc.com , is holding a track event March 1 & 2. This is an good group to use for first time track people. LVRPC has trained its instructor, not to the level of Steve Barber. Safety is very much a part of their events. It is open to all levels.

Are they running the full course? It is a 4+ mile road course with over 20 turns the route I drove last. Take plenty of ginkgo biloba ahead of time to improve your memory.

The 2.2 mile track is being use.

The president of the Las Vegas Porche Club was an owner of a NSX but went over to The Otherside. Some of the long time owner may know president Tony Zito. He would like to see more NSX people at the event. It is a good group of people and it would be nice to given them some class. Tony still misses his NSX.
