Their alignments are like $80 (dealer is $199) AND they will let you sit in the car and have the alignment done around your weight and your steering wheel style, eg, I like mine slightly to the left when the rack is centered so I can rest my left hand on the door. They will also do a zero front toe alignment as recommended by my NSX guy.
I know it is a bit far to travel but NH is nice this time of year and most of the car people are honest. If you have any questions PM me maybe your bud and I can compare rides and info when he is here. If I have time, I'll buy him lunch!
