I ordered custom car mats from GG Bailey. After much research, the customizing options they offer, and claims of selling "luxury" mats, I decided to place my order. What a mistake. Upon receipt, the mats are made from the most inferior carpeting I have ever seen. The color, black with yellow "NSX" logo and yellow surging, is dull looking. The backing is made from cheap and thin foam. I paid over $100 for something I'd be embarassed to put in my nice car.
I did receive a late reply from one of their reps. All she said was they only guarantee against a defect and that she would pass my complaint on to management. Oh well. Can anyone recommend a custom mat company that uses quality materials?
