I was thinking of adding a few gauges to my 1995 NSX-T

and I have a few questions:

1.  How hard is it to use the various 2-gauge A-pillar pods as

sold by gaugepods.com, Dali, SoS, et al. in an NSX-T?  I'd read

somewhere (can't find the page again tho) that they required

a little modification for use in a -T model.  In any case, when

installing, is it easy to route wires from the pillar into the area

under the hood of the car?

2.  How valuable is an oil temperature gauge, given that the

car already has a coolant temperature gauge?  Do the two

temperatures track each other in a predictable way, or does

the relationship between the two readings vary under some

conditions?  I don't track my car, but I live near one of the

hotter areas on earth (Death Valley) and I like reassurance

that the engine is operating at a safe temperature.

3.  If I do add an oil temp. gauge, what's the best place to

install the sender?  There's an oil pressure switch mounted

near the oil filter base; can a tee fitting be added?  Does a

temp. sender need to "stick its toe" right into circulating oil,

or would being installed off of a tee give an accurate reading?

Thanks in advance for any thoughts.
