Thanks Andy, now my wife will have to cease and desist her 'nag mode' at least in regard to this issue.everyone on this board with the exception of 'KEN' probably has experinced that high pitched I told you to stop and fill up screech from their significant other. what gets me is I know it is bad for the filter and I do it anyway, glad to know the margin is 3+ gallons.
