Certainly not an NSX... I think 4ti may be the VIN for some Toyota mfgd in North America.

Sure, the VIN use to be just a number in a database until we manufactured the car. Then we took the number out of the database and put it on an actual plate, attached the plate to the car. so the VIN has been on the car since then as far as we know. After that we don't know what happened, you'll have to speak to whomever bought the car with plate holding VIN4t1bg22k3yu996134.
