Today I took one of the cars for its biannual state emissions testing. I was chatting with one of the testers, and he mentioned that he just got a new Civic Si and he's planning to put a turbo on it. I joked, "Don't remove the cats" and gestured towards the testing equipment. He responded that he doesn't have to worry for a while because they don't test cars until they're four years old.
