Normal
I finally called Shad over at Comptech and he figured it out right away. It was a bad adjustment on the clutch pedal. There was no play in the pedal (1/4" play needed per the shop manual) so it was never fully releasing - therefore backpressure built up and would eventually not let the clutch fully engage. The pressure would bleed after a few hrs thus explaining why it went back to normal. I did the adjustment and its like having a totally different clutch - much easier to use! Thanks Shad!
