I have an aeromotive 340 lph fuel pump and rc 550 injectors on my air/air intercooled turbo 3.0 L. Along with Aem series 2 and meth injection. How much hp can I run without starving for fuel or going lean. Thanks in advance for the input

I had water/meth to start with and by simply switching to 100% meth I gained about 25 hp. It would make much less power without either but it is tuned rather aggressively using meth for fuel.
It makes 468 hp at 11 lbs. I have a boost creep issue I am fixing so it will make 450 at 9 lbs (that's the goal) when I'm all set and done. I might do a build or maybe just head gaskets in the future so want to have fuel system ready.

anything over 500whp, u should replace or modify the stock fuel rail to prevent the rear bank running lean. The front rail drains most of the fuel before it can reach the rear rail. You can replace all the banjo style fitting( 6 of them) with straight through o-ring style fittings to prevent that.

Or you could keep the stock rails, and just split the banks and run them in parallel instead of series. No reason the stock rails cant support 800+whp when setup like this.

LoveFab has an upgraded fueling system available. It has new rails and lines and utilizes twin fuel pumps. I think he sells it for somewhere around $1200.
