Fuel filter is in engine bay right side between the bay fan and firewall, it's wedged in there but accessable. There are two 10mm head bolts holding the bracket in. Sputtering seems to be a problem others are having as well. My car stumbles every time it's started cold and "pops" back through the plenum for a mile or so then problem goes away as it heats up. Trying to fix this issue and failed emissions tried GTP fuel system cleaner. This stuff just made the car run rougher at idle, refilled the tank so we'll see what happens next. Sigh, another issue to fix!
