I have a set of trunk struts with ball studs for sale. They are in OK condition and no leaks or damages.
They always work in the warmer temperature. I recently found out the if I parked my car over night in the 40 to 50 degrees temp., then they get a little weak at first, but they would stay if I move the trunk up/down a couple of times. I guess they need a little warming up
They are still very strong as it was impossible for me to even push it in a bit with my hands.
