According to the parts catalog they actually are the same 1991-96:

18100-PR7-A00 Front

That’s partially correct. The upper part which is the cast manifold part is same for all 91-96 but the down pipe portion is specific for 91-94(3 hole flange collector) and 95-96(2 hole flange collector).

Yes I was referring to the manifold, thought that was the part you mentioned, but that makes sense for the ODBII update.
