I have for sale a steering wheel from a 2005 NSX. It has the perforated leather and gray/white stitching, just removed from my car at 30,000 miles. There isn't any excessive wear on the leather, but the previous owner must have wore some rings that scratched up the backsides of the wheel. It is hardly noticeable from a front view (as seen below), but visible if you look behind or to the side of the wheel. I'd imagine any kind of dye (or even sharpie) would be able to spruce it up. I went with a Momo Tuner setup so I no longer need this.
