Brand new.
Honda Part# 38810-P9K-E01
Still in Honda box, as you can see.

This probably fits lots of NSXes, but I bought it for my '94. Purchased for my '94 NSX but I traded the car in before I swapped out the compressor.

This is just the A/C compressor unit, the clutch/stator assembly is not included.
