Will these work with Chasing J's titanium meter overlay?

If the panel overlay fits the OEM gauge rings then these will fit as well, same sized holes. I've had customer fit it with other carbon panel overlays and replacement types.

I can't say for certain with these exact ones, but I installed a J's titanium piece with a different set of machined rings. It was a perfect fit and looked great.
