1991 “Certified” Used Sebring Silver / Ebony 5 Spd 44k miles VIN JH4NA1150MT002031

I call it Certified because this car was maintained at 1 dealership for 22 years and owned by the GM, son of the owner, where it was displayed and pampered for 8 of those years, before I bought it. This is Not CPO, there is No implied warranty, etc.

FULL VIN #: JH4NA1150MT002031
CURRENT MILEAGE: 44,600
COLOR (EXT/INT): Sebring Silver / Ebony
TRANSMISSION: 5 speed MT
LOCATION OF VEHICLE (CITY/STATE): Morgantown, WV

PRICE (MUST STATE A PRICE, IS IT FIRM OR OBO?)
: $ 39,500 OBO (or best Reasonable offer. I am not in a rush to sell, so I will follow with periodic price drops. This is Not currently listed on AT, CL, or Cars.com I would rather sell to a Primer)

I believe this to be a low to mid $40k car considering it has been at one place, and was owned by Acura folks for a good bit of the ownership. My price is best Reasonable offer. I am aware of the 1 owner Sebring Silver 94k (possible Track / DE car) that was hit and listed for $32,500 and sold Fast ! This is Not that car. Like all of you, even as an owner, I still look for, watch, and follow trends here and on eBay, etc. This car has impeccable service history and records. I have driven it 14k miles in the past 2 years, and would drive this car cross country if I had the opportunity.

Possible Trades (need Not be low mile garage queens, but with up to date maintenance)
05/06 E46 M3 plus $
or 98/99 E36 M3 plus $$$
or 2006 Subaru Legacy GT Spec B plus $$$

Additional Information (providing it here will save you answering these questions 50 times)

NUMBER OF OWNERS: 4

CLEAN TITLE? Yes

CLEAN CARFAX? Yes

HISTORY OF ACCIDENTS? (IF YES, DETAILS) No

HISTORY OF PAINT/BODYWORK? (IF YES, DETAILS) No - In 2013, Opticoat to all panels and XPEL (Clear Bra) to front bumper, front quarters, FULL Hood, mirrors, and door edges. So feel free to Daily Drive this car without fear of chips, etc.

1 - It appears one of the previous owners removed the black plastic piece below the bumper, maybe for clearance reasons (?) as this car used to sit on Eibach Pro Kit Springs, scuffed some of the silver and later put the plastic piece back on. I thought about repainting it, but opted not to.
2 - There was a quarter size bubble (see pic) in the paint on the lower right side of the rear bumper. Backing into the garage at a time when we were having painting done at the house, there was a gallon paint can on the floor near where I park, I grazed the can, stopped (refrained from screaming my lungs out), pulled forward and moved the can. I thought about getting XPEL (Clear bra) done to the rear bumper to prevent any further bubbling or tearing, etc. I had the body shop that did my Opticoat look at it, and they said, better Not to mess with it. The bubble is gone, but two small blemishes remain.

MAINTENANCE HISTORY & DO YOU HAVE DOCUMENTATION?

All maintenance (Sept 1990 to May 2012) was completed at Acura of Augusta, from the initial pre-delivery inspection. This NSX has always been in the Augusta area, it was bought new from Acura of Augusta and has had all service done by Larry Sax, NSX certified Master Acura Technician. I will provide documentation from dealership database (Acura of Augusta gave me a stack of printouts, dot matrix I believe, some of them) of work completed and any records I have from my 2 years of ownership.

May 2012 to Now - Any recent work has been done by NSX Master Tech at Spitzer Acura in Canonsburg, PA (Pittsburgh Area)

CURRENT CONDITION OF WEARABLES INCL. TIRES, BRAKES, BELTS, HOSES, SUSPENSION COMPONENTS AND FLUIDS

Tires 5/32 all around. 97-01 wheels could use refinishing. I was quoted $300 for refinishing, $700 for powder coating, but my plan was to wait until I replaced the tires.
Complete timing belt job including water pump, OE clutch, and ABS brake modulator (done I believe in 2003 ~ 27k miles, and I had TB / WP and valve adjustment done AGAIN May 2012 ~30k miles before I purchased the car),

Mobil1 synthetic oil change done 8/19/14

MODS if any (Are stock parts included in the sale?)

Hawk brake pads and Brembo cross drilled rotors
Injen Cold Air Intake
Taitec Exhaust & Headers with Taitec bypass pipes

2013 - CCU and Factory Bose speakers rebuilt by Brian K. Factory Head unit also redone (I was referred to someone by BrianK). Power antenna works, but was disconnected. It was disconnected during the previous ownership as well, but I had it reconnected before I bought it. I wasn’t crazy about the super tall 90s antenna, so I had it disconnected again, hehe. Also a CEL lit up, and it was O2 sensor. Replaced at Spitzer Acura

Shifter (Dali I think) and new OEM Shirt Boot

Factory replacement parts are included in the sale… 1991 OEM “Phat 5s” wheels and tires (almost New, I had new tires put on before I drove the car from Georgia to West Virginia), OEM intake (if it is in my basement with the exhaust, it WILL be included), and OEM exhaust (I don’t know Smog laws in Your state, but this car was Legal in GA and WV)

To Do List - driver window makes a knock when I first push the switch to go Up or Down, initial knock only. Regulator might need replaced at some point. This just started happening last week. Trunk struts will need rebuilt at some point. They are not 100%, but still function fine. There is a tear on the underside of the engine cover above cold air intake (see pic). I was going to replace it with a mesh cover, but since the back glass is so dark… I opted not to go mesh and just kept it as is. Also, there is a rubber piece above where the roof and windshield meet on the driver's side. That appears to be missing. All those I've asked (Body shop that did Opticoat, XPEL, Acura service) have said I could leave it as is, and it should be fine. I have had no issues with it.
