FS - Door Panel Amp

This is a replacement door panel amp. This Amp was bought from Davescoolstuff.com. I just replaced it with a BOSE factory replacement amp and have no need for this amp. It has no sign of popping and cracking.

It has 10K miles of very light use in fear of the other amp will blow, but it did anyway. So I replaced both sides at the same time.

This amp does have a lower volume comparing to the factory amp that was working, but the balance adjustment took care of that.

I'm asking for $70 and you pay shipping.

This amp is in good working order. If you hear the popping sound when you turn on your stereo, then it is heading south.

This amp fits either left or right door.

does this include speaker/amp?
Mine left side has always been fading in and out ever since buying the car... Do you think this will fix this problem? If so, I'll be paypaling you money asap.

Hi Kenji,

No, just the amp, no speakers. I think your speakers are just fine. Most stereo failures on our cars are related to the amps, with some exceptions of head unit failures of course. Since I'm no car stereo expert, I can only tell you that fading in and out is not as common as the usual problems I've heard.

Most of the failure occurs when the amps start to pop when you turn on the radio. Then one day, you'll get nothing but ear piercing squeal.

The best way is to ask for some expert advice like from MB, Barn man, Larry B, Drew, ... on the tech list and if they all point to the amp, then you know that you are not wasting your time swapping out the amp.

If it doesn't work after you tried it, just send it back to me. It's not a problem. Just trying to clean up the garage and put some money in my piggy bank for me next mod.
