*** SOLD ***
This is the Comptech Supercharger Kit (w/Autorotor blower) for 1997-2005 NSX-T models. It was installed on my 2005 NSX-T by Comptech and includes everything, including the rear billet strut bar and a new engine cover assembly that will accommodate the targa top. In addtion, kit also includes the CT "True Tension" belt tensioner (designed/sold by titaniumdave) that fixes belt slippage issue. The CTSC has about 15k miles on it and is in excellent condition. Also, this CTSC Kit can be adapted to any year NSX by switching out a few inexpensive parts.
Dyno results and pictures below.
Here are the different Model Sub-Kits available for 1991-1996 models from CT-Engineering (http://www.ct-engineering.com, formerly Comptech USA, Parts Division):
Model Sub-Kits
1991-1994 Kit 352-308
* Idle Valve Mounting Block 352-038
* (3) M6x45 Bolts 800-2008
* (6) 10-32x1/4” button head Allen 802-6022
* O-ring #015 805-053
* O-ring #024 805-054
3.0L Sub Kit: ‘91-’96 352-310
* 4.2” pulley 352-078-1
* (4) M6x25 SHCS 802-2005
* Breather Pipe Support Bracket 352-205
In addition, the intake manifold would need modifications to work on a pre-97 model. CT-Engineering can help you with this.
I spoke with CT-Engineering. They said that the easiest thing to do is ship them the CTSC kit and have them convert it to a NA1 kit. They charge about $100 labor and another $200-$300 in parts. Shipment costs would be extra.
My car is scheduled to have Driving Ambition remove the CTSC kit in about one week. CT-Engineering is only a few miles away. If you decide you want to do this, I could work with you and CT-Engineering to get the kit converted over and then have it shipped to you.
For more info, please call CT-Engineering at 916-635-4550. Ask for Nate.
thanks,
-gary
