I received this as a gift and looks like it's for a NC1 NSX (I have a NA1). Here is the info I found on Amazon:

I don't have a NC1 to confirm, but this is according to the box and label after I researched.

Shipping looks to be around $60 to CA (from Ohio) via USPS. FedEx is ~$78. FYI: box is about 15lbs (12x12x22)
