Do you have it out already? Most folks loosen up everything, then lower the rotor(suspension) to get clearance and remove it.
I, for one, had trouble that way, my car had 17K miles and everything was pretty tight up there, so to make it easy I removed the camber adjusting bolt, let the lower arm drop down and it come out will little effort. Install is just reverse.
Usually you are updating shocks, springs, etc., so you will need an alignment after the job anyway. If you want to keep the alignment, you can mark the camber adjuster position and reinstall. One thing you can do, usually this is more applicable for the rears is to leave one of the three nuts on the strut top, and after you get the bottom mount free, remove the last nut and the strut assembly.
