Front Plate Bracket Bolts question

I just picked up an OEM front plate bracket, but don't have the screws/bolts to install it. Does anyone know which ones I need and if anyone can post a picture of them? When I looked underneath my bumper I can see the 2 vertical holes, however I don't see anything other than foam inside, what exactly holds these 2 vertical screws in place? thanks

see if it isn't (clips) 90323-SE1-000 (same as front spoiler clips) and (bolts) 90144-SA0-020 (just a guess since the clip is the same as the spoiler i figure the bolts are too... guess this would be easy enough to try at home before you ordered them)...

I believe the clips are the same for the spoiler and license plate. Good call.
