I have a front passenger side fender in red. It has no dents or scratches. The surface was scrubbed and has many fine scratches and it needs to be repainted. Never was bent or repaired. It was sold to me in "excellent" condition on Prime but the paint quality isn't good enough for my red car without repainting. I paid $475 and will sell it for the same price. Someone else wanted it and had first dibs on it but I've been out of town for 8 days and don't know if he still wants it. If I don't hear from him soon, I will let it go to someone else.
