Front Park Lights

My front park lights do not illuminate except when using the turn signals. Anyone have any ideas before I run it in to the dealer?

there are two bulbs in the parking lights one is running lights and the one closer to the middle is the directional ...i would check for a fuse first ,then bulbs ,then relay.

Thanks. Checked fuse 38 already, and will check others tomorrow (time permitting).
