Front License Plate Flip Mechanism

Anyone have any experience with these? I love the look of no license plate but not the ticket. I have a full fab-shot at my disposal, so I'm reasonably sure I can all but hide the mechanism.

I did do a search before I posted, but I couldn't find anyone actually describing owning one. I guess I just didn't find the right ones. I just searched again, but same thing; People talking about buying one and discussing plate tickets, but not so much about using/installing the product.
