None of your links work.

I'm having the top part of my bumper re-painted as we speak. (NA1)

First you have to remove the bumper and then theres like a million small screws that you need to remove in order to get the pieces apart.

Be sure to disconnect all connections - horns, washer pump, etc. BEFORE you drop the bumper.

Ok now I see,

From what I remember there are no screws or clips holding those edges together.

But there is a vertical plastic beam inside that area wich supports the lower part. Maybe it got damaged?

Not much help im afraid. Either way I think you need to remove the bumper to fix it properly.

When I look inbetween them, it looks ripped but I didn't think they were joined together other than clips since the front bumper can be ordered in 2 pieces lower and upper.
I'm going to super glue it and call it a day

Take off the bumper and reposition the lower piece. Something else may have been damaged. IIRC i think it sits in grooves to hold it in place. The bumper comes off in a matter of minutes. Few screws on top, few behind the front wheel well and two in the front (one by your pic somwhere either there or more towards the right ) and the other on the opposite left side. You may even be able to get to it by loosening the screws holding the lower bumper portion. If you take this route, it ios best to have two people reinstall the front bumper to prevent damaging it against the rails. Dont superglue it since you may want to one day take that part off. just my cents.
