Front Bumper and shop recommendations

I just barely bumped a truck while sitting at a stop light. Since it had a clamp style hitch it cracked my bumper. He already filed a claim even though i saw no damage to his.

Anyway, no other damage to mine besides the crack/hole and a scratch on the bumper. Figure time for new front bumper. So seeing if you guys had any suggestions. Seems there at one time has been many front bumper offerings but now there really isn't as much available. The factory part is $1000 for just the top half (the part i need).

Also any recommendations for body shops here in austin that wouldn't have a problem installing an non-oem part.

So found these two and wanted to see what you guys think.

i would recommend buying the taitec bumper, they should already have pre drilled holes. it is more factory fit then the first frp bumper.

I should still have the front bumper off of mine, but it's red though.

I have a customer who has that first bumper...didn't fit very well, but once our body shop got hold of it, it turned out great.

I got a brand-new/unused/unpainted OEM/stock '91-'01 upper-bumper cover (it comes primered) in my garage (purchased new). If interested, drop me a line. I've been meaning to list it in the marketplace on Prime.

With regards to getting something properly installed, painted/color-matched, and w/ a solid warranty, all I can recommend is McDavid Collision Center off 183N (a separate entity than the McDavid Acura dealership & service-center). They are rather proficient & experienced w/ their work, meticulous/detail-oriented, offer a lifetime warranty on all repairs, know the NSX well, and most important- they are good w/ paint matching/blending. I've had all positive experiences w/ them (unlike the service-center).
