A roadtrip like that would be cool. If Hollywood has taught me anything, never pull up for hitchhikers, or get out of the car to investigate something in a forest. Also don't upset truck drivers over the radio... :D

Do you let the NSX off the trailer to stretch her legs every few hours? She looks a bit sad. :D

You are a true NSX fan... even on a roadtrip you still stop to post on prime. :) Hope some of the guys reading this track you down on the highway in their NSX's. That would be a great story.

I might be moving soon also, how much does it cost to rent something like that? (the truck and the trailer)
It was under $2k...16ft truck and trailer...make sure to reserve over the internet coz it's much cheaper....

When are you moving?

And by all means, do NOT stop if you see Jay and Silent Bob or someone that looks like George Carlin. Remember, they've read the "book".

All the black clouds in the sky will be history once you hit CA. Enjoy! Get ready for some half naked/bikinis :)

Good luck on your trip!

Oh, and I commend your choice of rental truck vendor. Penske is the best, IMO. (Much better than the clap-traps that pass for rentals at U-Haul. )

I am in LA right now bud! I envy your determination to move. I hope socal brings you good luck. Be sure to visit the midwest every summer! I like it between LA and San Diego, but you need a serious cashflow to survive.

Good Luck!

Hey,

Looks like you're all over the place...gotta love the nice weather...Thanks..I need all the luck I can get...certainly housing is not cheap in here... :frown:
I'd be back to visit in michigan as soon as I can...thanks again!

Any diffculty getting your car on the trailer? Would it not fit frontwards?
When I last moved I couldn't get the X up on a U-Haul carrier. Had to go straight out and buy a trailer, right then.
I would be interested in your experiences in soCal. I moved to Texas from West Virginia and it was like something you'd see on Beverly Hillbilly's. I'll bet the culture shock will be comparable for you.
I admire your nerve. It takes big kahunas to pack up and move cross country.
Good luck!
