Hello .. where can I get free air for my tires in the Sarasota area? The NSX is not much of a problem but when we try to fill the larger vehicles the 75 cent machines sometimes shut off before we can fill one tire.
Thanks,
Pam

Try car care connection in Sarasota on Gateway. Ask for Tommy(the owner) tell him Brian Thomas said to stop by.

what happend to your OEM air pump in the trunk?

you can always pick up one of those emergency road kits from walmart , target, for 60-70 bucks and it comes with a new pump and flares, tow-cables, fix-a-flat etc. etc. all the shit you would ever need in an emergency road situation.

Doctor John. Just had arthroscopic knee surgery for a torn lateral meniscus so I'm here with Dick for a few weeks enjoying the sun in the NSX. Drove it down after Vegas XPO. Awesome trip!

Shawn ... we are trying to fill the Excursion. I think that little inflater would melt down on those huge tires ... 50 & 55 pressure LOL.

I'd snag that $25 one quick! Or that neat $29 12volt

You can get one of these brand new at Harbor Freight for eight bucks. It works fine when you are just adding a few psi to your tires. Just don't use it for long periods of time, like inflating four tires that have been sitting around for a while from 20 to 40 psi. It can heat up and there's no fuse, so it's possible to get so hot that it melts the wiring in the car's dashboard. Don't ask me how I know this. :frown: I still use it frequently, just not for adding major amounts of air at a time.

I've got a compressor too. You're always welcome at my house.

And... while you're here, let's hop in the cars and have a quick get together... What are you up to Thursday or Saturday?

I'm free tomorrow and Saturday and I was thinking of driving to the South Florida group meeting Friday night just because I have no life of my own. What do you think? 604-818-6033 cell
